Return conditions
1. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

2. We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 3 days of receipt of item. You must notify us of your intentions to return the item and the item sent return shipping to us within those 3 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send it back to the warehouse of logistics company and manufacturer, we will not take responsibility for that caused.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs; No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

3. Ineligible Products: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged if:

The item was damaged or the original status was changed after removing the item from its original packaging, the following are examples of what might be considered ‘damage’ but is in no way an exhausted list:

The frontal lace was cut or damaged.

The item was worn, or sprayed with any product such as hair spray or other styling products.

The hair has been cut or dyed.

Damage from heating tools

4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-attshow products .
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Return Address
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
